Our mission
Profolia wants to re-ignite innovation in the hiring and resourcing space. For too long real innovation has been lacking, instead shiny additions layered onto an already broken system.
Hiring has been fundamentally broken since the widespread adoption of AI, and have companies done to solve this? Build AI features that either don't help the situation, or make it even worse; all while penalising candidates who use AI to try and keep up.
We started Profolia with a simple question:
Can we stop "due to the high volume of applications we are unable to give feedback at this time" from ever being sent again?
We think we can. We know that we have to try.
